2. How much does shipping cost? We offer a simple shipping rate:
- Free Shipping: For all orders of 100 EUR and over.
- Flat Rate (10 EUR): For all orders under 100 EUR.
3. How long will it take to receive my order? We process orders very quickly!
- Our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (Spain Time).
- Orders have a handling time of 0 to 1 business day.
- Once shipped, the transit time is typically 1 to 3 business days. In total, you can expect your order to arrive within 1 to 4 business days.
4. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
5. When will I receive my refund? Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
