1. Order Processing & Delivery Times We operate on standard business days (Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (Spain Time / CET)
- Handling Time: 0 – 1 Business Day. (Orders placed before the 5:00 PM cut-off time will be processed on the same or next business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed starting the following business day.)
- Transit Time: 1 – 3 Business Days.
- Total Estimated Delivery Time: 1 – 4 Business Days (Handling Time + Transit Time).
2. Shipping Rates & Costs We offer simple and transparent shipping rates based on your order total:
- Orders under 100 EUR: A flat-rate shipping fee of 10 EUR will be applied at checkout.
- Orders of 100 EUR and over: Enjoy Free Shipping on your entire order.
All shipping costs (if applicable) are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden fees.
3. Order Tracking Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s journey directly to your doorstep.
